We ship anywhere in the USA-48 states,excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The shipping options are the following:
UPS GROUND SERVICE
UPS OVERNIGHT SERVICE
UPS 2ND DAY SERVICE
UPS 3RD DAY SERVICE
Please note that the order may be slightly defrosted when you select the recommended, standard shipping option. For all our frozen packages, we use Styrofoam boxes with dry ice. At times, upon arrival, it may seem that we do not provide dry ice, but it is normal for the dry ice to completely evaporate by then, depending upon variations in external temperatures. For summer orders, we provide extra dry ice to sustain the frozen period as long as possible. Although you may receive the items at thawed conditions, you are able to refreeze it because they are already precooked.
It is important for you to note, Vege Star is not responsible for melted and damaged products during shipping. Please DO NOT choose the recommended shipping options if you prefer the products to be completely frozen. Always select the EXPEDITED services such as overnight services or 2nd day to ensure the products to be frozen when arrive.
RETURN AND CLAIMS
RETURN POLICY
In order to maintain the quality of all our products, Vege Star does not accept any returns or exchanges.
Please be aware that if you order any frozen products in the summer, you will need to use an EXPEDITED shipping method to keep your products from melting. We do not accept returns for any melted items.

LOST PACKAGES
For lost packages, please make sure you have checked your shipping location thoroughly. Sometimes UPS will leave a package on the porch, in front of the garage, management’s office, or at a neighbor's location. For lost packages, you can contact UPS directly @ 1-800-PICK-UPS for tracking assistance. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us at 718-360-8688 and we will try our best to assist you.
STOLEN PACKAGES
For stolen packages, we are not responsible for replacing the items that are stolen. Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it leaves our location.
CLAIMS
Any claims for reimbursement, replacement and/or refund of perishable goods, possibly spoiled due to shipping delays, must wait until we ourselves have settled the claims with our shipping carriers.
